The day will cover his paintings, anatomical and scientific drawings, which make an incredible contribution to our early understanding of anatomy, aeronautics, cartography, warfare and engineering, to name but a few.
Leonardo was justifiably described by Kenneth Clarke as the most relentlessly curious man of all time.
